These heavy resistance work out bands are great for working out at home as well as on the go. They are very stretchy and durable that can be used with many applications. I got them for my son to use on his workout station. Then I started using them as well. Because they have a nice little storage bag, I can take them with me and work out when I travel. They are long enough to reach and stretch to a full workout with good resistance. Many different uses either on a work station, doors, or over hang bars. They function very well and worth every penny. Easy to store and take up little space while keeping you fit and in shape at the same time. Perfect condo exercise equipment.

All the attachments are solid. Ive used these for chest press variations, sldl, face Pulls, seated rows, woodchops, pallof presses, pulldowns against door, bicep curls, shoulder press, band pullaparts, tricep extentions with door, kickbacks, but there are other exercises you can use them for. Awesom3 and no rips or tears that ive noticed. I dont use them quite as much since ive got weights but still use them multiple times a week.

I purchased this system before having surgery to adapt my workouts to keep challenging me while I am not able to work with free weights. I already had a resistance band system from another manufacturer, but I have limitations with that system for certain types of workouts that it doesn’t work well with, Like chest presses. This system fills that gap quite nicely; which allows me to get a complete workout without having to lift free weights like dumbbells and kettlebells. I like that there are multiple levels of resistance available instead of every band being rated at the same resistance; which allows for fewer bands to get the heavier resistance levels.

These are very, very good, not like what they say about bands on Amazon! I have some from TRX but and these are able to stand up against them with quality and performance with out the high price! If you are looking for a quality high performance, give these a try!
