Well made. We measured my daughter’s knee and was on the high end of the small measurement so we ordered a small because we wanted it to be snug not loose. It came and was TOO tight. We returned it and the medium fits is perfect.

I like it for that additional knee support when doing those activities, we all did when were in our 20's and now in our 50's. It is a compression sleeve so sizing is crucial: too large it will flop around like an old diaper, too small one will never get it on. LOL Hence, pay attention to sizing and take measurements.

I needed a closed patellar knee sleeve,and although it was closed it had a circular gel padding for the patellar and i didnt receive the proper pressure in the area i needed it for

This is an overall good knee support – I own many since I've had 7 knee surgeries… But the fabric is not very pleasant, kind of rough, so it's not very comfortable. I can wear it for a few hours but definitely not for the whole day.
