The kit looks pretty decent enough. This I my first time working with this type of stuff. I like that there are instructions on both the bands and the ring and ball. That’s really nice for beginners. The ball was easy to fill up with air. Idk why people were saying it wasn’t but each their own. The quality of the product seems like they are well made. We will see once I start actually using them. There is one negative but not enough to take a star off for. I want to know what you do with the long purple strap with the metal rings at the end of? There’s nothing in the material mentioning what they’re for.

Great set for the yoga enthusiast. I love the color and the options. This is half of my to-buy list for yoga class. The price was perfect, it includes charts you can post in your workout area that gives you exercises to perform.

This Pilates set came with every tool that I needed and wanted. The set is sturdy and well made. I use it in the evenings, makes my workouts more fun and more challenging. Already feeling the difference in my thighs and butt after just 1 week. Highly recommend!
