Been trying to add more elements into my workouts lately and a kettle bell is just what I needed. Helps build muscle and you get a good sweat to. Kettle bells are a bit easier than using standard dumb bells since your using both hands to lift a kettle bell. Game changer. I even purchased a heavier one for challenge when i am ready. I would recommend this kettle bell for sure.

Perfect weights for working out. The first time I used them I could only lift one at a time. Now after using them for a while I can lift 1 with my right arm and the other with my left arm together and I can do the difficult exercises I couldn’t do 1 year ago!
