Easy to Apply:<BR>Before applying the brace, release cinching cables so that they are completely extended<BR>Position belt around lumbar area of spine at top of hips. Center over middle of spine.<BR>Maintain space between rigid support panels.<BR>Wrap panels and secure hook and loop fabric.<BR>Pull cinching strap out to the side and feel it tighten and support your back.<BR>Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent.
